TIPS FOR EASY RECYCLING:
NEWSPAPERS should be bundled and tied with string. ALL BOXES should be flattened, tied with string and kept separate from newspapers.
GLASS BOTTLES AND JARS should have lids removed and be rinsed clean; labels don't have to be removed.
STEEL CANS also referred to as TIN CANS, such as vegetable, fruit and soup cans, should be rinsed clean, the labels don't have to be removed and the lid can be placed inside the can. Aluminum cans should be rinsed clean as well.
PLASTIC CONTAINERS should be rinsed, but labels need not be removed.
