Receiver of Taxes

2013 Town and County tax payments can no longer be paid in this office.  Please call the Commissioner of Finance in Goshen at 845-291-2480 after April 10th to inquire about paying your taxes there.

Tax payments receipts are no longer mailed out unless requested.  You may print or view your property tax bill by logging on to the website:  www.egov.basny.com/montgomery. 

If you have additional questions, you can email me at tomtax@frontiernet.net.  I will be checking my email at least once a week in between tax seasons. 

School tax bills for the 2013/14 school year will be mailed out by September 1st, due and payable without penalty by September 30th.
