ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE
MONTGOMERY FIRE DISTRICT
On December 8, 2009

          NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual election of the Montgomery Fire District will take place on December 8, 2009 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Montgomery Fire House located at 136 Ward Street in the Village of Montgomery, for the purpose of electing one (1) Commissioner for a five-year term, commencing on January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2014. All district residents registered with Orange County Board of Elections on or before November 16, 2009 shall be eligible to vote.

          CANDIDATES for the District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Montgomery Fire District at P.O. Box 207, Montgomery, New York 12549, no later than November 18, 2009.
